The doctors will be providing some brief audio recordings that will answer many Frequently Asked Questions in patient visits.
LATE APPOINTMENT:
As a courtesy to our physicians, staff, and other patients, we require that you be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a $50.00 LATE FEE.
NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION CHARGES:
We require that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Absent an emergency, there is a $50.00 MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE for not showing up or canceling with less than 24 hours notice.
